San Francisco, Calif. — Teknion is proud to announce the opening of its new San Francisco showroom, relocating from the Financial District to the South Beach neighborhood. San Francisco has long been integral to Teknion’s
history, and is home to several of the brand’s earliest major projects from over 40 years ago. Teknion remains committed to the Bay Area and its role as one of the world’s leading centers of innovation, technology, and progressive
workplace culture.
Located on the Embarcadero, right next to the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, the new showroom sits within one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods, where technology, architecture, and creative industries converge. The space is designed
to support Teknion’s powerful Bay Area dealers and A&D partner network, showcasing how furniture, architectural interiors, and technology integration come together to continue Teknion's ongoing pursuit of supporting the evolution of
work.
“San Francisco has long been a global epicenter for innovation and progress,” said David Feldberg, President and CEO of Teknion. “The culture here of creativity and ambition aligns naturally with Teknion’s commitment to design,
sustainability, and human-centered solutions. This new showroom allows us to better serve our dealer partners and design community while presenting the full breadth of our growing portfolio in a city that continues to shape how the world works.”
The showroom will feature the latest product innovations from Teknion, Studio TK, and Luum, including:
- The Aarea chair, designed by Pearson Lloyd for Teknion, is made using minimal components and materials, yet does not compromise on comfort and ergonomics.
- Telescope, a new introduction to the Architectural Interiors portfolio. Multiple sliding panels move synchronously to enclose or open a space, transforming meeting rooms, lounges, and training rooms.
- A wide array of Studio TK collections. The brand’s portfolio features expressive, modern furniture created with internationally recognized designers from around the world, bringing a refined, residential sensibility to commercial spaces
through distinctive forms and rich materials.
- Comprehensive collections from Luum Textiles. The brand offers performance fabrics and surfaces that blend sustainability, material innovation, and rich visual texture to create a cohesive color story throughout any space.
The San Francisco showroom is LEED V4 Gold and WELL V2 Platinum Certified, and becomes the ninth Teknion showroom to achieve WELL certification. The new showroom presents a holistic view of Teknion’s approach to the workplace, integrating architecture,
furniture, and materials to support the evolving needs of organizations in one of the world’s most influential innovation economies.
