DOES TEKNION ACCEPT CREDIT CARD ORDERS?
Yes. We require that a specific form be submitted with such orders. Please contact your local Teknion Government Sales Manager or a participating dealer.
DOES TEKNION ACCEPT ORDERS FOR OVERSEAS DESTINATIONS?
Yes. Orders are sold using the current domestic schedules. Freight is only paid for within the 48 contiguous states. Ocean freight is the responsibility of the government. Please contact your local Teknion Government Sales Manager or a participating dealer.
CAN I GET PRODUCTS ON AN EXPEDITED BASIS?
Yes, the Xpress Program is available for GSA orders. Please contact your local Teknion Government Sales Manager or a participating dealer for more information.

WHAT IS THE INDUSTRIAL FUNDING FEE (IFF)?
The Industrial Funding Fee is an administrative fee Teknion LLC is required to remit to the General Services Administration quarterly to cover the costs of administering the federal supply schedule program.
