Studio TK is bringing its most ambitious Design Days presence yet to Chicago’s Fulton Market this June. This year, Studio TK takes over a dedicated, multi-level space at Morgan's on Fulton, 950 W. Fulton St., transforming the building into a living neighborhood and marking a significant next step in the evolution of the brand and its “Making Space to Belong” platform.

This year’s theme, Welcome to the Neighborhood, moves the conversation around belonging into something tangible—an immersive space visitors can step into, move through, and genuinely connect with. Open June 8–9 at Morgan's on Fulton, the pop-up showroom unfolds across three levels as a layered neighborhood experience; a floor-by-floor exploration where belonging is not just communicated, but felt.

"Design Days has always been about connection for us, and this year we wanted to honor that in a bigger way," said Koorosh Sharghi, President of Studio TK. "This is the opportunity to showcase the evolution of our brand and product offering, including launching IKONstudio—it felt like the right moment to do something that truly reflects who Studio TK is and where we're headed."

Studio TK Pop-Up Showroom

The journey begins outside, where the building’s exterior sets the tone—warm, approachable, and unmistakably human—with a simple invitation: Welcome to the Neighborhood. The first floor draws guests into the Neighborhood Walk, with an immersive installation of layered graphics, the second floor introduces guests to the new IKONstudio collection, and finally the third floor concludes with new Studio TK launches, including Clique Luxe, Abri, Cesto Lounge, and the Ballad Collection, in a space that feels more like a home than a showroom.

IKONstudio: Reviving Design History

Design Days 2026 also marks the debut of IKONstudio, a new platform dedicated to bringing iconic works of architectural furniture into contemporary life. Visitors can explore inaugural collections drawn from the archives of two legends of 20th-century design—Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and Louis Kahn—, each reinterpreted with the materials and sensibility of today.

IKONstudio’s LK48: Genel Seating

Developed in the early 1950s for the Genel Residence near Philadelphia, the seating was originally conceived as modular by Kahn, using movable rectangular arm pillows to accommodate a range of body positions. It was initially arranged in a conversation area facing a fireplace, allowing the configuration to adapt to different functions and group settings.

The Studio TK Block Party

To complete the immersion into the neighborhood, Studio TK will host its Block Party on the evening of Monday, June 8, 2026, from 5:30–11:00 PM at Morgan's on Fulton. Guests are invited to unwind alongside an impressive roster of international designers and collaborators, including Busk + Hertzog, Manel Molina, Patrick Norguet, Khodi Feiz, Alyssa Coletti, Craig Jones, Mario Ruiz, representatives from Modus Furniture, Mike and Maaike, and Thom Fougere.

Strategically located next to Design Days’ “Beaudega” and primary NeoCon bus drop-off at 950 W. Fulton St., the pop-up showroom will be open June 8–9, 2026 from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
