Teknion Corporation today announced that it would be showing its new line of Infinity Screens from June 11-13 during NeoCon at The Merchandise Mart, Chicago. Infinity Screens – along with the other latest Teknion workplace furnishings – are on display in its tenth-floor showroom, #1048.
“Our new Infinity Screen collection brings a fresh look to privacy screens through its aesthetic and planning applications,” said Ryan Michaelis, Teknion Industrial Designer. “Infinity Screens are tailored to work with our systems furniture for tight-fit planning applications, creating privacy within a workstation. The thin, frameless nature of the design really allows the fabric to become the focal point of the screen. The new collection brings a softened look to our systems offering while maintaining the visual privacy so highly desired in today’s open, collaborative environments.”
Slim and lightweight, Infinity Screens are offered in straight or curved versions. They measure a ½-inch thick (1.27 cm), are available in a variety of heights and modesty levels, and mount to any desk. The collection can be upholstered in a variety of select fabrics.
The Curved Desk-Edge Screen is a continuous, wrapped screen that provides privacy as well as a new softer visual language. The Curved Desk-Edge Screen introduction is complemented by radius-cornered worksurfaces, further adding softness to workstations and work environments. Side Desk-Edge Screens allow specifiers to create enclosed spaces once created with bulky panels, lightening up the visual mass of the furniture and the space.
